The chiropodist's contract guide
According to the provisions of the Public Health Code, contracts entered into by chiropodists/podiatrists in the course of their professional practice must be submitted to the Order. The Guide to Contracts for Chiropodists/Podiatrists is intended for all practitioners and particularly for newcomers to the profession.
Pedicurists-podiatrists, like doctors, dentists and midwives, are required by the Public Health Code to put in writing all contracts and amendments relating to the practice of the profession.
The Guide to contracts for chiropodists and podiatrists brings together all the useful models, accompanied by comments presenting, depending on the contract, the legal framework, the conditions and clauses to be taken into account, or the supporting documents to be gathered.
This guide is subject to change over time: addition of new tools or updates resulting from new legislative and/or regulatory texts.... Each version is reviewed by the Practice Methods Commission, the Order's legal experts, and benefits from the expertise of our State Councillors, and is approved at a National Council meeting.
